Morgan City man arrested on fourth DWI charge

Morgan City police arrested a man on a fourth charge of driving while intoxicated, arrest reports say.
Morgan City
Police Chief James F. Blair reported these arrests:
—Alex Hannon Chiasson, 28, Grizzaffi Street, Morgan City, was arrested on at 5:26 p.m. Tuesday on a charge of driving while intoxicated (fourth offense), driving under suspension, unlawful refusal to submit to the chemical test and ignition interlock device offenses.
—Tasha Leblanc, 39, Rue Destin, Sunset, was arrested at 3:48 a.m. Wednesday on a charge of possession of fentanyl and possession of drug paraphernalia.
—Devyn Glenn, 19, Celest Drive Haphzibah, Georgia, was arrested at 2:22 p.m. Wednesday on a charge of battery on a dating partner (second offense).
—Antonio Jackson, 19, Celest Drive, Haphzibah, Georgia, was arrested at 2:22 p.m. Wednesday on a charge of battery on a dating partner and as a fugitive from the Lafayette Parish Sheriff’s Office.
—Corvion Smith, 19, Freret Street, Morgan City, was arrested at 12:09 a.m. Thursday on charges of possession with intent to distribute marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and window tint violation.
—Skyler Craig Gibson, 27, Bayou Black Drive, Gibson, was arrested at 2:07 p.m. Thursday on charges of simple burglary, possession of stolen things and possession of drug paraphernalia.
—Bernadine L. Johnson, 56, Railroad Avenue, Morgan City, was arrested at 5:23 p.m. Thursday on a charge of attempted simple burglary, violation of a protective order and disturbing the peace (intoxicated).
—Chad Allen Ross Jr., 28, East Garner Street, Morgan City, was arrested at 5:38 p.m. Thursday on a 6th Ward Morgan City Court warrant alleging failure to appear for arraignment and a 16th Judicial District Court warrant alleging failure to appear for arraignment.
Patterson
Police Chief Garrett Grogan reported these ar-rests:
—Kenneth J. Scott III, 23, Riverview Drive, Patterson was arrested at 12:22 p.m. Wednesday on charges of driver’s license suspended or revoked, no insurance, and expired motor vehicle inspection. Scott is incarcerated with bond set at $1,071.
—Anthony L. Brooks, 41, Live Oak Street, Patterson, was arrested at 6:19 p.m. Wednesday on a charge of second-degree battery. Brooks remains incarcerated at the Patterson Police Department Jail with bond set at $6,000.
—Theodore M. Harris, 35, St. Michael Street, Patterson was arrested at 10:15 a.m. Nov. 5 on charges of unauthorized entry of an inhabited dwelling and remaining on premises after being forbid-den. Harris is incarcerated at the Patterson Police Department Jail with no bond set.
St. Mary
Sheriff Blaise Smith re-ported these arrests:
—Oscar Chavez, 38, Bossier City, was arrested at 7:08 p.m. Wednesday on charges of reckless operation-no accident and driver must be licensed. Chavez was released on a summons to appear Feb. 3.
—Jude Robert Boudreaux, 23, Charenton, was arrested at 9:43 p.m. Wednesday on charges of possession of a controlled dangerous substance in the presence of a person under 17 and proper equipment required on vehicles. Boudreaux was released on a summons to appear Feb. 3.
—Hunter Rhodes, 23, St. Martinville, was arrested at 10:30 p.m. Wednesday on charges of possession of marijuana, speeding and failure to change address within 10 days. Rhodes was released on a summons to appear Feb. 3.
—Ashlee Meyerholtz, 23, St. Martinville, was arrested at 10:30 p.m. Wednesday on a charge of possession of marijuana. Meyerholtz was released on a summons to appear Feb. 3.
—Joseph Marvin Richard, 21, Thibodaux, was arrested at 11:43 p.m. Wednesday on charges of driving on roadway laned for traffic, expired or no inspection sticker, driving under suspension, possession with intent to distribute marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Richard was released on a $28,000 bond.
—-Raymona Pratt, 33, Berwick, was arrested at 1:52 a.m. Thursday on charges of vehicle entering highway from private road/driveway/alley and driving under suspension. Pratt was released on a summons to appear Feb. 3.
—Juvenile male, 14, Jeanerette, was arrested at 8:02 a.m. Thursday on two counts of terrorizing. The boy was released into the custody of a guardian pending juvenile court proceedings.
—Clarence Junior Junifer, 61, Morgan City, was arrested at 5:07 p.m. Thursday on a warrant alleging failure to appear on the charge of careless operation of a vehicle. No bail has been set on the SMPSO charge.
—Brock Elix Williams, 42, Morgan City, was arrested at 5:10 p.m. Thursday on a warrant alleging failure to appear on a charge of neglect of family. Bail was set at $33,228.
—Ricky Joseph, 30, Houma, was arrested at 5:16 p.m. Thursday on charges of speeding and driving under suspension. Joseph was released on a summons to appear Feb. 3.
—Kirk Williams, 57, Golden Meadow, was arrested at 5:56 p.m. Thursday on charges of failure to obey traffic control and driving under suspension. Williams was released on a summons to appear Feb. 3.
—Terrance Terrell Anderson Sr., 46, Charenton, was arrested at 11:25 p.m. Thursday on a charge of domestic abuse battery. Bail was set at $2,500.
Franklin
Police Chief Morris Beverly reported that the Franklin Police Department responded to 14 complaints Thursday and made this arrest:
—Anthony Williams Sr., 68, Prairie Rd North, Franklin, was arrested at 9:12 a.m. Thursday on a warrant dated Jan. 27 on the charge of operating a vehicle while intoxicated. Williams was booked, processed and released on a $2,500 bond.
