Morgan City Mayor Lee Dragna and the City Council recently recognized the Morgan City Fire Department's Austin Ratcliff on his promotion to captain and Driver Operators Andrew Ratcliff III and Russell Miller for 10 years of service to MCFD and the citizens of Morgan City.
