M C Bank officially opens new headquarters

Board member Max Nelkin cuts the ribbon to Tuesday mark the official opening of M C Bank's new headquarters at 1204 Greenwood St. in Morgan City. Planning for the new building began in 2023, and company official broke ground in 2025, the company's 70th anniversary year. President and CEO Christopher LeBato called the new building "a reflection of who we are and where we’re going – a new space designed for our clients and associates, grounded in the values and relationships that have defined us for more than seven decades. Celebrating this milestone on our 71st anniversary makes it even more special.” The building serves as the bank's Morgan City branch.
