Local agencies report five arrests

Local law enforcement agencies on Tuesday reported five arrests, including two on warrants alleging failure to appear on theft charges.
St. Mary
Sheriff Blaise Smith reported that over the last 24-hour reporting period, the Sheriff’s Office responded to 29 complaints and made these arrests:
—Lonny Ray Baker Sr., 57, Franklin, was arrested at 2:04 p.m. Monday on two warrants alleging failure to appear on charges of theft and driving while intoxicated. Alvarado was released on a $2,500.
—Dustin Michael Lovell, 24, Morgan City, was arrested at 12:15 a.m. Saturday on two warrants alleging failure to appear on the charges of theft, possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of cocaine.
Bail has not been set..
—Glenn David Carline, 58, Morgan City, was arrested at 12:35 a.m. Tuesday on a charge of driving while intoxicated. Bail was set at $2,500.
Morgan City
Interim Police Chief Mark E. Griffin Jr. reported that the Morgan City Police Department responded to 47 calls for service over the last 24-hour
reporting period and made this arrest:
—Terrence D. Ingram, 30, Harvey, was arrested at 6:16 a.m. Tuesday as a fugitive from the Lafourche Parish Sheriff’s Office.
Franklin
Police Chief Morris Beverly reported that the Franklin Police Department responded to one complaint over the last 24-hour reporting period and made this arrest:
—Jennifer LeBlanc, 47, Girl Scout Road, Breaux Bridge, was arrested at 1:50 p.m. Tuesday on a warrant dated Sept. 23 alleging unauthorized entry of an inhabited dwelling. LeBlanc was booked, processed and transported to the St. Mary Parish Law Enforcement Center.
