Lifting the Spirit

Public Works Department carpenter Leroy Bailey touches up the new paint job on the Spirit of Morgan City shrimp boat in the median of Brashear Avenue. Bailey has spent the last month replacing some of the wood and a window on the city's symbol, and has repainted the boat's white hull with red trim.
