Jordan Gallegos, the 87th Louisiana Shrimp and Petroleum Festival queen, has been invited to appear in the 2023 Rose Parade on Jan. 1 in Pasadena, California, the festival organization said Wednesday. The Shrimp and Petroleum staff thanked Lt. Gov. Billy Nungesser and the Office of Tourism staff for the honor.
