The westbound lanes on the new U.S. 90 overpass at La. 318 are now open, although the speed limit is still posted at 45 mph in the construction area. The eastbound lanes are still under construction. State Rep. Sam Jones, D-Franklin, said recently that the $65 million project is due to be completed in February or March.
