Half of Assumption without power; 747,000 blacked out statewide

Five days after Hurricane came ashore, about half of Assumption Parish's utility customers remained without power Friday night.
The poweroutage.us website said more than 747,000 of Louisiana's 2.1 million utility customers still had no electricity.
Virtually of Terrebonne and Lafourche parishes were still without power.
