COVID-19 restrictions have ruled out many church services since March. But the Roman Catholic Diocese of Houma-Thibodaux gave the go-ahead for outdoor services over the weekend as long as social distancing and masking requirements were obeyed and special precautions were taken for communion. Holy Cross in Morgan City is one of the churches that responded.
