Drug, shoplifting arrests reported by local agencies

Local police agencies reported 10 arrests over the weekend, including two on shoplifting charges in Patterson and two on marijuana possession charges in Morgan City.
Morgan City
Interim Police Chief Mark E. Griffin Jr. reported that the Morgan City Police Department responded to 96 calls for service over the last 72-hour reporting period and made these arrests:
—Donna Davidson, 63, Franklin Street, Morgan City, was arrested at 6:54 p.m. Friday on charges of possession of drug paraphernalia and two counts of failure to appear for trial (16th Judicial District Court).
—Jeremy Charles Godeaux, 40, Teddy Drive, Pierre Part, was arrested at 11:25 p.m. Friday on a charge of disturbing the peace (intoxicated).
—Nathaniel Albert Rollins, 26, Brashear Avenue, Morgan City, was arrested at 8:16 p.m. Saturday on charges of resisting an officer, improper lighting and four counts of failure to appear to pay fine (6th Ward Morgan City Court).
—Robert Mulligan, 70, First Street, Morgan City, was arrested at 11:52 p.m. Saturday on charges of possession of marijuana and disturbing the peace (intoxicated).
—Gared Christopher Stevens, 42, Arenz Street, Morgan City, was arrested at 8:52 a.m. Sunday on two counts of failure to appear for arraignment (6th Ward Morgan City Court).
—Michael Robert Amsbury, 62, La. 182, Morgan City, was arrested at 4:37 p.m. Sunday on charges of possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Patterson
Police Chief Garrett Grogan reported these arrests:
—Jamie E. Boudreaux, 59, Veterans Boulevard, Patterson, was arrested at 10:05 pm. Friday on a charge of theft by shoplifting. Boudreaux is incarcerated at the Patterson PD Jail on $476 bond.
—Wendy E. Touchet, 55, Veterans Boulevard, Patterson, was arrested at 9:28 p.m. Friday on a charge of theft by shoplifting. Touchet was released on a summons.
—Paul A. Gagnon, 52, Reidel Lane, Comal, Texas, was arrested at 2:21 a.m. Monday on a charge of speeding 82 mph in a 55 mph zone and careless operation (no accident). Gagnon was issued a summons.
Franklin
Police Chief Morris Beverly reported this arrest:
—Tyrone Freeman, 57, Franklin, was arrested 5:09 a.m. Saturday on charges of theft and criminal trespassing. Freeman was additionally arrested on a warrant for 3rd Ward City Court alleging failure to appear on charges of criminal trespassing, resisting an officer, and theft, and a warrant for 16th Judicial District Court for failure to appear on charges of theft and criminal trespassing. Freeman was booked, processed, and transported to the St. Mary Parish Law Enforcement Center.
