Cooking up a storm at the Bayou BBQ Bash

Johannsen is an LSU professor who was introduced to barbecue competitions at the 2020 BBQ Bash. He returned to the Morgan City event after competing in Marksville, Lafayette and elsewhere. The awards were to be announced about 4 p.m. Saturday under the bridge.
