Central Catholic High names top graduates
Central Catholic High named its seven top graduates in advance of Saturday’s commencement at Holy Cross Catholic Church.
Bishop Simon Peter Engurait spoke to the graduates and celebrated a Mass.
The top graduates are:
Hannah Marie Dalton
Hannah Marie Dalton, daughter of Kathryn and Lawrence “Matt” Dalton, is a four-year member of Key Club and a five-year member of BETA Club. She is a six-year member of ARK Club.
Athletically, Hannah is a four-year member of the varsity bowling team. In 2024, Hannah was awarded Second Team All District in bowling, and in 2025, she was awarded Regionals District Runner-up.
This year, Hannah was awarded Second Team All State in bowling.
After graduation, Hannah plans to attend Nicholls State University to major in business administration. She is the recipient of the Academic Honor Scholarship and the Housing Scholarship from Nicholls State University.
Addison Reese Grizzaffi
Addison Reese Grizzaffi, daughter of Jodi and Frank “Boo” Grizzaffi, is a one-year member of the Retreat Team and the Student Council, where she currently serves as secretary. She is a two-year member of the National Honor Society. She is a three-year member of the Hope Squad. She is a four-year member of both the ARK Club and the Key Club.
She is a seven-year member of the BETA Club. She is also co-founder of the Eagle Spirit Store. Athletically, Addison is a four-year member of the varsity volleyball team and a six-year member of the varsity track team. In volleyball, she has been awarded District MVP three times, Offensive MVP three times, First Team All-District three times, and Academic All-District four times. She and her team placed second in the state final match.
Recently, she was awarded Academic All-State and selected for the LHSLA All-State Game. Addison is the school record-holder in discus as well as a two-time state track champion in discus. She has been the District Champ four times and Regional Champ three times in track. She has been awarded First Team All State for track, and she is a six-time recipient of Academic All-District in track.
She is a four-time state qualifier in track and a three-time state qualifier in volleyball.
Addison plans to attend McNeese State University to major in radiological sciences and throw discus for their track and field team. She is the recipient of the Academic Excellence Award and the John McNeese Award from McNeese State University.
Dominic Joseph Lipari
Dominic Joseph Lipari, son of Julie Richoux and Jacob Lipari, is a one-year member of the Retreat Team. He is a two-year member of the National Honor Society. He is a three-year member of the Hope Squad. He is a four-year member of BETA Club.
Athletically, Dominic is a four-year member of the varsity football team. He has been awarded Academic District four times and was recently awarded Academic All-State in 2025 for football. He received First Team All-District Defense in 2025. He is a four-year member of the varsity basketball team. As in football, he received Academic District four times and Academic All-State in 2025 for basketball.
He was awarded First Team All-District Defense for his junior and senior year in basketball. He and his team went to the semifinals this year.
Dominic plans to attend Nicholls State University to major in Allied Health with the hopes of becoming a physical therapist. He is the recipient of the Academic Honor Scholarship and the Housing Scholarship from Nicholls State University.

Linda Morice
Gabriella Linda Morice, daughter of Jennifer and Natchez Morice, is a one-year member of the Hope Squad, Yearbook, Sisters in Christ, Campus Ministry and Right to Life Club. She is a two-year Student Ambassador and co-founder of the Spirit Store. She is a two-year member of the National Honor Society and Student Council.
She is a three-year member of the ARK Club, where she served as treasurer for one year and is serving as current vice president. She is a five-year member of Key Club, where she served for two years as treasurer and is serving as current president.
Athletically, Gabriella is a two-year member of both the cross country team and the varsity track team, where she served as manager. She is a four-year member of the varsity tennis team, where she served as captain her senior year.
She was awarded the All-Academic Composite Girls’ Tennis Team Award this year. She has been awarded Eagle of the Month three times. She was awarded Most Versatile for tennis her freshman year.
After graduating, Gabriella plans to attend LSU to major in psychology under the pre-medical track in hopes of one day becoming a dermatologist.
Emmy
Grace Robison
Emmy Grace Robison, daughter of Lauren and Dane Robison, is a one-year member of the Retreat Team and a two-year member of the National Honor Society. She is a co-founder of the Eagle Pride Spirit Store.
She is a three-year member of the Hope Squad. She is a four-year member of both the Key Club and the Student Council, where she served as president her freshman, sophomore and junior years. Currently, she is Student Council executive president. She is a seven-year member of both the ARK Club, where she is currently serving as secretary, and the BETA Club.
Athletically, Emmy is a four-year member of the varsity volleyball team and a five-year member of the varsity track team. She has been awarded Eagle of the Month four times. She has been awarded Academic All-District four times for volleyball and six times for track. She was awarded First Team All-District this year for volleyball, where she and her team placed second in the state tournament.
She is a four-time state qualifier for volleyball. For track she has earned All Bayou Region Girls Track: Field Team. She is a five-time state qualifier for track and she is a school record holder for the 200 meters. He has also been a and a District MVP. This year, she was state runner up for the 100-meter dash
Upon graduation, Emmy plans on attending the University of Louisiana at Lafayette to major in finance in the hopes of becoming a financial adviser. She is the recipient of the Live Oaks Scholarship for the University of Louisiana at Lafayette.
Zoie Lynn Scully
Zoie Lynn Scully, daughter of Candy and Bryan Scully, is a one-year member of both the 4-H Club and the yearbook. She is a two-year member of both the National Honor Society and the Retreat Team. She is a three-year member of the Hope Squad and a four-year member of the Key Club. She is a seven-year member of both the ARK Club, where she serves as treasurer, and the BETA Club.
Athletically, Zoie is a two-year member of both the varsity track team and varsity volleyball team. She is a three-year member of the varsity basketball team. She is also a five-year member of both the varsity cheerleading team and the varsity softball team. In cheer, she was the Cheer Jump Off champion, All-American nominee for two years, a Cheer Camp Champ her sophomore year and a five-time blue ribbon recipient. In 2023, she was awarded the Award of Excellence Champion and Home Pom runner-up.
She has been awarded Eagle of the Month four times. She has been awarded Academic All-District in all three of her sports: two years for volleyball, three years for basketball and five years for softball. In volleyball, she was awarded Academic All-State and Honorable Mention. In softball, she was awarded First Team All District in 2023 and 2026, Second Team All-District in 2024, and Academic All State in 2026.
Zoie plans to attend Nicholls State University, where she will major in biology-veterinary science. Her end goal is to become a wildlife and fishery officer. She is the recipient of the Academic Honor Scholarship and the Housing Scholarship from Nicholls State University. She is also the recipient of the SLECA Scholarship and the St. Mary Chamber of Commerce Scholarship.
Sophie
Grace Vining
Sophie Grace Vining is the daughter of Trish and Jason Vining. She has been involved in Key
Club, ARK Club, Hope Squad, Retreat Team, National BETA Club, 4-H and National Honor Society. She has also served on the Student Council for four years, ending her senior year as executive vice president. She has been awarded the Honesty and Integrity Award from the Doric Lodge.
Athletically, Sophie is a five-year member of the Eaglettes Dance Team, where she served as captain, and a four-year member of the Bowling Team. She has received the All Star Award at the 2025 American All Star Dance Camp. Sophie has also been recognized for Academic All District, First Team All-District, and District MVP for bowling.
Sophie is planning to attend the University of Louisiana at Lafayette in the fall of 2026. She plans to enter the prepharmacy transfer program while majoring in chemistry. After completing the pre-pharmacy program, she intends to transfer to the University of Louisiana at Monroe to continue pursuing her long-term career goal of becoming a pharmacist or forensic toxicologist.
She is the recipient of the Magnolia Scholarship and Valedictorian Scholarship from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette.
