A cappella group is next up in Morgan City Live concert series

A cappella group Backtrack Vocals will bring familiar hits from every genre to life in a 7 p.m. Nov. 6 concert at Morgan City Municipal Audtiorium.
Single tickets for the performance, part of the Morgan City Live Community Concert Association 2023-24 season, are $25 for adults and $5 for K-12 students.

Backtrack Vocals is a five-person professional a cappella singing group that transforms familiar pop, funk, Motown, standards and Broadway songs with all-new vocal (and beatbox) arrangements, according to promotional material.
They have been featured on major network shows on NBC, FOX and PBS, and have won numerous awards and accolades, including first place in New York’s Got Talent Season 6.
Their “unique, high-energy concert” features familiar songs from multiple genres and decades, including “Aint No Mountain High Enough,” “Don’t Stop Believing,” “Dynamite,” “Sweet Caroline,” “Tennessee Whiskey,” and more.
Morgan City Live Community Concert Association of Morgan City, Inc., formed in 1947, is dedicated to bringing world-class entertainment to the Tri-City area of Morgan City, Berwick and Patterson, as well as the rest of St. Mary Parish and surrounding parishes.
