Cannata's gives to AGU Art Show & Sale

Steve Domangue, manager of Cannata’s in Morgan City, presents Zora “Becky” Bergeron, president of Artists Guild Unlimited, with a check to help support Everett Street Gallery’s 60th year Labor Day weekend Art Show & Sale. This gift offers him the chance to see the art, registered recently, before the general public. At this private viewing, he will also be able to buy the local art first. Art from all over Louisiana, Mississippi, Maryland and New York has been registered for the show, which will open to the public Wednesday, Aug. 28, and run to Saturday, Sept. 21. Regular gallery hours are 1-4 p.m. Wednesday-Friday and 11 a.m.-2 p.m. Saturdays. However, Everett Street Gallery will be open over the holiday weekend 11 a.m.-5 p.m. Saturday, Sunday and Monday.
