I am a lifelong resident of Patterson, Louisiana and a graduate of Patterson High School. After earning a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration from Louisiana State University, I returned to my hometown where my wife of 41 years, the former Margaret Dragna, and I raised our three children: Megan,
Blake and Grant. We are proud grandparents to four beautiful granddaughters.

I am also a small business owner, a licensed real estate broker with St. Mary Realty, a Notary Public and an Eagle Scout.

I have recently retired from St. Mary Parish Government with 33 years of service, the last 27 as Chief Administrative Officer. Having had the honor to serve the residents of St. Mary Parish under 5 Parish Presidents and numerous Parish Councils.

Through my government experience and leadership as a public servant, I have obtained the knowledge to understand what the people, business, industry and infrastructure needs are to help us thrive through difficult and changing times.

I have responsibly and successfully prepared, managed and administered the Parish’s $35 million dollar plus annual budget and managed numerous state and federal grants and local bond issues for building construction and renovation projects, road improvement projects, drainage pump stations, flood control

projects, levee projects for riverine flood protection and hurricane surge protection, water projects, sewer collection and treatment, recreation improvements, improvements at the Harry P. Williams Memorial Airport and the construction and expansion of the Parish’s Landfill.

I humbly ask for your vote on October 14th.
