Harper Ganaway is the first nine-weeks winner of a bicycle at Bayou Vista Elementary. Each nine weeks, good students are eligible for a drawing to win a bike. Harper is shown with teacher Heather Crappell. The bicycle was donated by Crappell's Fish Market.
