After Marine graduation, Rogers reports to Camp LeJeune

Pvt. Eston Rogers, son of Howard “Buddy” and Ana Rogers and a Class of 2022 graduate of Berwick High School, graduated from United States Marine Corps Boot Camp at Marine Corps Recruit Parris Island, South Carolina, in October 2022.

Pvt. Rogers successfully completed 13 weeks of intensive basic training at MCRD Parris Island as one of 400 recruits in Recruit Training Regiment, 3rd Battalion, India Company and one of 65 recruits in Platoon 3068.

Following 10 days home on leave, Pvt. Rogers reported to Camp LeJeune, North Carolina for combat infantry training at Infantry Training Battalion. After completing infantry training, Rogers will report to Military Occupation Specialty school in California for Reconnaissance training. He will also attend jump school and dive school.

Once Rogers completes training, he will commence college at Nicholls State University and take military officer leadership courses at Louisiana State University.
