Eagles dominate boys All-District honors
The Central Catholic Eagles swept the individual honors on the All-District 8-1A boys basketball team.
Central Catholic’s D.J. Lewis was named district’s Most Valuable Player, while Ree Case was the district’s Coach of the Year.
Lewis was joined on the first team by teammate Tyler Smith.
The Eagles had one second-team selection, Damondrick Blackburn, and three honorable mention picks, Kye Morgel, Gary Nicar and Vernon Singleton.
Morgel was named to the district’s All-Defensive team.
