Three arrests reported in Morgan City, Berwick

Morgan City and Berwick police reported three arrests Tuesday, including charges of marijuana possession and driving under suspension from a previous DWI.
Morgan City
Chief Chad M. Adams reported that over the last 24-hour reporting period, the Morgan City Police Department responded to 49 calls for service and made these arrests:
--Dakota J. Lombas, 27, Egle Street, Morgan City, was arrested at 9:56 p.m. Tuesday on a warrant alleging failure to pay fine (6th Ward Morgan City Court).
--Za’Kari D. Valentine, 18, Lawrence Street, Morgan City, was arrested at 11:06 p.m. Friday on charges of open container and possession of marijuana.
Berwick
Chief David S. Leonard reported this arrest:
--Jimmy McGraw, 44, Patterson, was arrested at 5:32 a.m. Tuesday on charges of improper display of license plate and driving under suspension for a previous DWI.
On Tuesday, a traffic stop was conducted on a vehicle for improper equipment and display of the license plate. Officers made contact with the driver, McGraw, and learned his license was suspended for a previous DWI offense. McGraw was placed under arrest and released on a summons to appear in court.
