Patterson police arrest out-of-towners on theft, assault warrants

Patterson police arrested suspects on out-of-town warrants alleging theft-related crimes and aggravated assault with a firearm.

Patterson

Chief Garrett Grogan reported these arrests:

--Terriot T. Robinson, 25, was arrested 11:06 p.m. Saturday on a Thibodaux Police Department warrant alleging aggravated assault with a firearm and terrorizing. Robinson is incarcerated at the Patterson PD Jail with no bond set.

--Kenneth J. Scott III, 26, Riverview Drive, Patterson, was arrested at 6:43 p.m. Sunday on an Assumption Parish Sheriff’s Office on charges of monetary instrument abuse, access device fraud and theft. Scott is incarcerated at the Patterson PD Jail with no bond set.

--Kyle J. Bonaventure, 31, Back Project Road, Schriever, was arrested at 4:55 a.m. Saturday on charges of driving while intoxicated (first offense) and seat belt violation. Bonaventure is incarcerated at the Patterson PD Jail with no bond set.

--Carl W. Allen Jr., 34, park Street, Patterson, was arrested at 10:14 p.m. Sunday on charges of no insurance, license suspended or revoked, and illegal window tint. Allen was released on a citation to appear in Mayor’s Court.

Morgan City

Chief Chad M. Adams reported these arrests:

--Teresa McNeal, 55, Versen Street, Berwick, was arrested at 5:18 p.m. Saturday on a charge of hit and run.

--Shane Richard, 31, Ledet Drive, Thibodaux, was arrested at 10:34 p.m. Saturday on charges of disturbing the peace (intoxicated) and urinating in public.

--Eddie Mayfield, 40, Fifth Street, Morgan City, was arrested at 9:19 a.m. as a fugitive from the St. Mary Parish Sheriff's Office

--Justin Adams, 48, Patton Street, Morgan City, was arrested at 10:10 a.m. Thursday on a charge of simple burglary.

--Elton Pinn, 42, Barrow Street, Morgan City, was arrested at 11:40 a.m. Thursday on a charge of simple burglary.

--Brittany Dantoni, 30, Brownswitch Road, Slidell, was arrested at 9:45 a.m. May 27 on a charge of failure to appear to pay fines.

St. Mary

Sheriff Gary Driskell reported these arrests:

--Todd Hebert, 63, Jeanerette, was arrested at 10:16 pm on a warrant alleging emanation of excessive sound or noise. Hebert was released on a $500 bond.

--Anthony Clark Manuel, 58, Jeanerette, was arrested at 12:58 p.m. Friday on a warrant alleging failure to appear on the charge of criminal neglect of family. Bail was set at $2,362.

--Nolan Polidore Jr., 45, Jeanerette, was arrested at 8:51 p.m. Friday on charges of improper lane usage, driving while intoxicated, driving under suspension and open container.

Bail was set at $16,750.

--Kyle Dominique McMillian, 34, Houma, was arrested at 9:38 p.m. Friday on charges of possession of marijuana, improper lane usage, possession of drug paraphernalia and driving under suspension.

McMillian was also named in a warrant alleging failure to appear on charges of operating a vehicle while licensed is suspended and careless operation.

Bail was set at $5,250.

--Deondric Marquel Clarks, 25, Franklin, was arrested at 12:56 a.m. Saturday on a charge of possession of marijuana. Clarks was released on a $3,000 bond.

--Amy Lea Boudreaux, 40, Centerville, was arrested at 11:11 a.m. Sunday on a warrant alleging introduction of contraband into a penal institution. Boudreaux was released on a $5,000 bond.

--Brent Louis Vining, 29, Franklin, was arrested at 6:27 p.m. Thursday on a charge of violation of protective orders. Vining was released on a $2,500 bond.

--Christon Coleman, 34, Franklin, was arrested at 5:08 p.m. Thursday on a Lafourche Parish Sheriff's Office warrant. Coleman was transferred to another agency.

--Wilbert Singleton III, 34, Amelia, was arrested at 2:02 p.m. Thursday on a warrant alleging distribution of a Schedule II CDS and possession of a controlled dangerous substance in a drug-free zone. Bail has not been set at this time.

--Jason Daniel Smith, 42, Baldwin, was arrested at 1:49 p.m. Thursday on a charge of violation of protective orders. Smith was released on a $2,500 bond.

--Dechariah Keiasha Charmea Johnson, 24, Woodbury, Georgia, was arrested at 12:39 p.m. May 27 on a warrant alleging bank fraud and attempted theft. Bail was set at $300,000.

--Scott Russell Barr, 43, Franklin, was arrested at 11:46 a.m. May 27 on a warrant alleging failure to appear on a charge of simple battery. Bail was set at $2,500.

--Timothy Wayne Berry Jr., 36, Baker, was arrested at 1:08 p.m. May 27 on a warrant alleging failure to appear on charges of operating a vehicle while license is suspended, revoked, or canceled; operating a vehicle with improper headlights; and operating an unregistered vehicle or vehicle. Bail was set at $10,000.

--Joseph Aaron Cagnolatti, 31, Morgan City, was arrested at 7:43 p.m. Thursday on charges of possession of synthetic cannabinoids, resisting an officer (false information), domestic abuse battery and domestic abuse (child endangerment law.) Cagnolatti was also named in two warrants alleging failure to appear on charges of possession of a firearm or carrying a concealed weapon by a convicted felon, operating a vehicle with an unlit license plate, operating a vehicle without a driver’s officer, and flight from an officer.

Bail has not been set at this time.

Franklin

Chief Cedric Handy reported these arrests:

--Terrence Venson, 32, Easy Street, Franklin, was arrested at 9:28 a.m. Friday on a warrant for 3rd Ward City Court alleging failure to appear on charges of no seat belt and driver must be licensed. Venson was booked, processed and released on a $325 bond.

--Andrea Green, 53, Prairie Road Circle, Centerville, was arrested at 2:14 p.m. Friday on charges of improper display of license plate and possession of methamphetamine. Green was booked, processed and released on a $7,500 bond.

--Forrest Jeanlouis, 45, Marylee Street, Franklin, was arrested at 3:17 p.m. Friday on charges of driving under suspension and stop sign violation. Jeanlouis was booked, processed and released on a $405 bond.

--Alpacino Greco, 50, Jackson Street, Franklin, was arrested at 7:48 a.m. on a warrant for 16th Judicial District Court alleging failure to appear on charges of possession of Schedule II drugs and possession of drug paraphernalia. Greco was additionally arrested on charge of
possession of methamphetamine). Greco was booked, processed and held on a $5,500 bond.

--Djuanielle Diggs, 40, Oakdale Street, Franklin, was arrested at 2:58 a.m. Sunday on a charge of attempted third-degree rape. Diggs was booked, processed and held on a $75,000 bond.

--Landon Meyerholtz, 22, Palfrey Street, Franklin, was arrested at 3:38 p.m. Sunday on charges of violation of registration provisions, evidence of motor vehicle liability security contained in vehicle, possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. Meyerholtz was additionally arrested on a warrant for 7th Judicial District Court alleging failure to appear on charges of registration and motor vehicle inspection sticker. Meyerholtz was booked, processed and held on a $2,000 bond.

--Bernard Babino, 51, Tabor Street, Franklin, was arrested at 4:11 p.m. Sunday on a charge of domestic abuse battery (second offense). Babino was booked, processed and held on a $15,000 bond.

--Tevin Colbert, 33, Chinaberry Street, Franklin, was arrested at 5:20 p.m. Sunday on a charge of domestic abuse battery (child endangerment). Colbert was booked, processed and released on a $9,000 bond.

--Dewan Edmond, 21, Dinkins Road, Charenton, was arrested at 3:50 p.m. Thursday on a warrant dated June 18 alleging indecent behavior with juvenile. Edmond was booked, processed and transported to the St. Mary Parish Law Enforcement Center.

--Fantasia Elzy, 21, Willow Street, Franklin, was arrested at 3:50 p.m. Thursday on a warrant for 3rd Ward City Court alleging failure to appear on charges of disturbing the peace (fighting) and simple battery. Elzy was booked, processed and released on a $468 bond.
