Patterson man arrested here on Bossier rape charge

St. Mary deputies on Friday arrested a Patterson man wanted in Bossier City on charges of rape and aggravated kidnapping of a child.
And across the parish, a summertime surplus of drug cases continued to grow. Agencies reported 17 arrests in the last week on drug possession or paraphernalia charges.
St. Mary
Sheriff Gary Driskell reported these arrests:
--Taylor Nicholas Barrilleaux, 21, Patterson, was arrested at 7:35 p.m. Friday on a Bossier City warrant alleging first-degree rape, attempted first-degree rape, aggravated kidnapping of a child and computer-aided solicitation of a minor.
Bail was set at $1.1 million. A hold was placed on Barrilleaux for another agency.
--Bradley Adam Pojar, 21, Morgan City, was arrested at 1:48 p.m. Friday on a charge of theft and on a warrant alleging failure to appear on a charge of criminal trespassing. Bail has not been set at this time.
--Destiny Batiste, 22, Thibodaux, was arrested at 4:48 p.m. Friday on an Assumption Parish Sheriff's Office warrant. Bail has not been set at this time.
--Ron Devon Lewis Sr., 44, Franklin, was arrested at 10:17 p.m. Friday on a warrant alleging failure to appear on charges of operating a vehicle while license is suspended, revoked, or canceled; operating a vehicle not covered by security; and failure to yield right of way. Lewis was released on his own recognizance.
--Brittany Moore, 38, Franklin, was arrested at 12:07 a.m. Saturday on charges of open container, resisting arrest or officer, threatening a public official and misrepresentation during booking.
--Ricky Champagne Jr., 18, Franklin, was arrested at 9:11 a.m. Saturday on a charge of battery of a dating partner. Bail has not been set at this time.
--Billy Dee Burgess, 43, Charenton, was arrested at 8:48 p.m. Saturday on charges of misuse of 911 and criminal mischief ( false report). Bail has not been set at this time.
--Ciara Vaughntasha Williams, 37, Bayou Vista, was arrested at 5:32 p.m. Sunday on a warrant alleging failure to appear for a charge of driving the wrong way on a one way street. Bail has not been set at this time.
--Jorman Joshua James, 42, Patterson, was arrested at 5:34 p.m. Sunday on a warrant alleging failure to appear on charges of attempted theft and simple criminal damage to property. Bail has not been set at this time.
--Chad Michael Bertrand, 40, Morgan City, was arrested was arrested at 9:52 p.m. Thursday on a warrant alleging failure to appear for criminal neglect of family. Bail has not been set at this time.
--Charleston Jontell Grogan, 30, Morgan City, was arrested at 1:07 p.m. Friday on charges of possession of synthetic cannabinoids, resisting an officer (false information), possession of crack cocaine and possession of Schedule I drugs; on a warrant alleging failure to appear on a charge of domestic abuse battery; and on a Morgan City Police Department warrant alleging contempt of court.
Bail has not been set at this time.
--Joshua Mitchel Aucoin Sr., 39, Bayou Vista, was arrested at 5:54 a.m. Thursday on two warrants alleging failure to appear on charges of aggravated assault; resisting an officer; improper lane usage; failure to stop or yield at a stop sign; possession of marijuana; and operating a vehicle while license is suspended, revoked, or canceled.
Bail has not been set at this time.
--Joseph Darby Jr., 24, Patterson, was arrested by the Narcotics Section at 10:49 p.m. Thursday on charges of possession of marijuana and on two warrants alleging domestic abuse battery. Bail has not been set at this time.
Berwick
Chief David Leonard Sr. reported these arrests:
--Twila Levy, 37, Baton Rouge, was arrested at 10:36 p.m. Friday on a charge of prohibited acts Schedule V promethazine.
--Reneshia Howard, 37, Baton Rouge, was arrested at 10:36 p.m. Friday on a charge of prohibited acts Schedule II Adderall.
--Charles Ganaway, 37, Berwick, was arrested at 10:54 p.m. Saturday on a Morgan City warrant alleging contempt of court (6th Ward Morgan City Court).
--Damien Keller, 41, Morgan City, was arrested at 9:04 a.m. Thursday on a Berwick warrant alleging criminal damage to property.
--Donna Harvey, 67, Morgan City, was arrested at 2:43 p.m. Thursday on charges of possession with intent to distribute methamphetamine, possession of drug paraphernalia and illegal use of a controlled dangerous substance in the presence of a minor.
Patterson
Chief Garrett Grogan reported these arrests:
--Jonte D. Killough, 27, Leo Drive, Patterson, was arrested at 11:16 a.m. July 30 on a charge of theft by shoplifting. Killough is currently incarcerated at the Patterson PD Jail with no bond set.
--Wynesha D. Webb, 22, Wren Street, Morgan City, was arrested at 5:35 p.m. July 30 on a charge of disturbing the peace (fighting). Webb was incarcerated at the Patterson PD Jail with no bond set.
--Jessica Roy, 19, Clement Street, Patterson, was arrested at 5:35 p.m. July 30 on a charge of disturbing the peace. Roy was incarcerated at the Patterson PD Jail with no bond set.
--Braylen A. Kemp, 27, Charlotte Drive, Patterson, was arrested at 5:35 p.m. July 30 on charges of aggravated battery and simple battery. Kemp is incarcerated at the Patterson PD Jail with no bond set.
--Nathaniel Jones, 68, N Street, Patterson, was arrested at 12:16 a.m. Friday on a warrant for the St. Mary Parish Sheriff’s Office. Jones is incarcerated at the Patterson PD Jail with bond set at $500.
Morgan City
Chief Chad M. Adams reported these arrests:
--Destany Garrison, 30, Susan Drive, Morgan City, was arrested at 2:16 p.m. Friday on a charge of battery on emergency personnel.
--Mandie Benoit, 37, Fandal Street, Morgan City, was arrested at 6:53 p.m. Friday as a fugitive from the Ascension Parish Sheriff’s Department.
--David Mire, 49, Glenwood Street, Morgan City, was arrested at 6:53 p.m. Friday as fugitive from the St. Mary Parish Sheriff’s Office.
--Sarah Cochran, 29, Savanna View Drive, Baton Rouge, was arrested at 7:06 p.m. Friday on charges of disturbing the peace and obstruction of public passages.
--David Aucoin, 48, Chestnut Drive, Morgan City, was arrested at 8:40 p.m. Friday on charges of possession with intent to distribute methamphetamine and possession of drug paraphernalia, and as a fugitive from 16th Judicial District Court.
--Bettina Duval, 50, La. 182, Morgan City, was arrested at 8:41 p.m. Friday on charges of possession with intent to distribute methamphetamine and possession of drug paraphernalia.
--Corey Tarver, 48, Main Street, Patterson, was arrested at 9:46 p.m. Friday on charges of possession of drug paraphernalia.
--Markam Derouen, 44, Jupiter Street, Morgan City, was arrested at 11:38 p.m. Friday on charges of improper lane usage and possession of a legend drug.
--Robert Carter, 68, Florida Street, Morgan City, was arrested at 7:47 p.m. Saturday on charges of possession of marijuana (first offense) and improper lane usage, and three counts of failure to pay fine (6th Ward Morgan City Court).
--Victor Gonzalas, 39, Francis Street, Berwick, was arrested at 9:03 p.m. Saturday on a charge of stalking.
--Ben Louviere, 46, Pine Street, Morgan City, was arrested at 9:46 p.m. Saturday on charges of improper lane usage and possession of drug paraphernalia.
--Aquinndus Humphrey, 29, Village Lane, Morgan City, was arrested at 10:59 p.m. Saturday on charges of possession of marijuana (first offense), possession of drug paraphernalia and improper lane usage, and as a fugitive from the St. Mary Parish
Sheriff’s Office.
--Samantha Moore, 42, Irish Bend Road, Franklin, was arrested at 11:05 p.m. Saturday on charges of possession of marijuana (first offense) and lights required.
--Charles Ganaway, 37, River Road, Berwick, was arrested at 1:34 a.m. Sunday on a charge of failure to appear to pay fine (6th Ward Morgan City Court).
--Brittan Boudreaux, 40, Elizabeth Drive, Morgan City, was arrested at 10:57 p.m. Sunday on five counts of failure to appear to pay restitution (6th Ward Morgan City Court).
--Alyssa Ashmore, 35, Federal Avenue, Morgan City, was arrested at 11:12 p.m. Sunday on charges of possession of marijuana (first offense), possession of drug paraphernalia, simple escape, resisting an officer and two counts of failure to appear for arraignment (6th Ward Morgan City Court).
--Jeffery Lambert, 50, Fourth Street, Morgan City, was arrested at 4:33 p.m. Thursday on charges of remaining where forbidden, possession of marijuana (first offense) and possession of drug paraphernalia.
--Jose Sanchez-Guerrero, 38, North Third Street, Morgan City, was arrested at 7:37 p.m. Thursday on charges of proper equipment required on vehicles, possession of fraudulent documents, vehicle inspection required, no driver’s license and no insurance.
Franklin
Chief Cedric Handy reported these arrests:
--A juvenile was arrested at 5:20 p.m. Friday on a warrant dated July 29 alleging aggravated assault with a firearm and illegal possession of a handgun by a juvenile.
--Kenneth Allen, 60, 20 Arpent Road, New Iberia, was arrested at 2:33 a.m. Saturday on charges of headlight required, failure to use turn signal, driving under suspension and operating a vehicle while intoxicated. Allen was booked, processed and held on a $5,000 bond.
--Kevin Rodriguez Flores, 18, Grizzaffi Street, Morgan City, was arrested at 7:23 a.m. Saturday on charges of speeding and reckless operation. Rodriguez Flores was booked, processed and released on an $876 bond.
--Jakyius Payton, 21, Robertson Street, Franklin, was arrested at 8:45 a.m. Sunday on a charge of aggravated assault. Payton was booked processed, and held on a $2,500 bond.
--Tabitha Comeaux, 24, Woodrow Street, Lafayette, was arrested at 2:33 p.m. Sunday on charges of possession of drug paraphernalia and criminal trespassing. Comeaux was booked, processed and released on a $2,000 bond.
--Brennan Haire, 19, Robicheaux Road, New Iberia, was arrested at 5:06 p.m. Sunday on acharge of theft. Haire was booked, processed and released on a $1,500 bond.
--Linda Landry, 23, Cayce Street, Franklin, was arrested at 7:30 a.m. Thursday on a charge of obstruction of justice. Landry was additionally arrested on a warrant dated Jan. 28, 2023, alleging theft, and on a warrant for 3rd Ward City Court alleging
failure to appear on a charge of theft. Landry was booked, processed and held with no bond set at the time of press release.
