Multiple charges in Patterson after stop for 100 mph

Patterson police say a man who was driving 100 mph in a 55 mph zone Sunday is also charged with battery on a police officer and threatening a public official.
Patterson
Chief Garrett Grogan reported these arrests:
--Daven L. Dinger, 29, Mike Drive, Patterson, was arrested at 6:26 p.m. Sunday on charges of aggravated flight from an officer, aggravated obstruction of a highway, speeding 100 mph in a 55 mph zone, DWI (second offense), threatening a public official, battery on a police officer, self-mutilation by a prisoner and reckless operation (no accident).
Dinger is incarcerated at the Patterson PD Jail with no bond set.
--Larry J. Turner, 29, Guyther Street, Patterson, was arrested at 4:46 p.m. Friday on a warrant for Lafourche Parish alleging aggravated second-degree battery. Turner is incarcerated at the Patterson PD Jail with no bond set.
--Raymond L. Gautreaux, 31, Bridge Road, Patterson, was arrested at 8:22 p.m. Saturday on a St. Mary Parish Sheriff’s Office warrant alleging theft (less than $1,000). Gautreaux was incarcerated at the Patterson PD Jail with bond set at $2,500.
--Keshay L. Julien, 31, La. 182, Berwick, was arrested at 1:22 a.m. Sunday on charges of DWI (first offense), speeding 41 mph in a 35 mph zone and improper lane usage. Julien is incarcerated at the Patterson PD Jail with no bond set.
Morgan City
Chief Chad M. Adams reported these arrests:
--Jaydon Crouch, 18, Allison Street, Morgan City, was arrested at 8:31 a.m. Saturday on charges of domestic abuse battery (strangulation), resisting an officer and false imprisonment.
--Landon Acosta, 22, Levee Road, Morgan City, was arrested at 7:29 p.m. Saturday on charges of remaining where forbidden, simple criminal damage to property and resisting an officer.
--Tevion Willliams, 21, Camille Street, Houma, was arrested at 10:15 p.m. Saturday on a charge of reckless operation of a motor vehicle. (Released on summons.)
--Jamie Scarbrough, 59, Fourth Street, Morgan City, was arrested at 10:54 p.m. Sunday on charges of remaining where forbidden and disturbing the peace.
--Jada Thomas,19, Terry Drive, Lafayette, was arrested at 12:32 p.m. Thursday on charges of hit and run and improper backing. (Released on summons.)
--Napolian Webb, 40, Kentucky Street, Morgan City, was arrested at 1:22 p.m. Thursday on two counts of failure to appear for trial (6th Ward Morgan City Court).
--Seth Rogers, 32, Brashear Avenue, Morgan City, was arrested at 1:53 p.m. Thursday on a charge of disturbing the peace (intoxicated).
--Keshay Julien, 31, La. 182, Morgan City, was arrested at 10:46 p.m. Thursday on charges of possession of marijuana (first offense), failure to signal and no driver’s license. (Released on summons.)
--Patrick Guarisco, 61, Spruce Street, Morgan City, was arrested at 11:19 p.m. Thursday on charges of possession of marijuana (first offense) and failure to signal. (Released on summons.)
--Terri Helman, 43, Maine Street, Patterson, was arrested at 12:36 a.m. Friday on charges of possession of drug paraphernalia, lights required and disturbing the peace (intoxicated).
St. Mary
Sheriff Gary Driskell reported these arrests:
--Jordan Landry Gauthreaux, 30, Pierre Part, was arrested at 2:13 a.m. Saturday on a charge of driving while intoxicated. Gauthreaux was released on $2,500 bond.
--Alfred Lee Favors, 65, Morgan City, was arrested at 9:37 a.m. June 11 on two warrants alleging failure to appear. Favors was released on an $850 bond.
--Ryan Michael Richter, 28, Patterson, was arrested at 8:38 a.m. Thursday on charges of disturbing the peace (language), resisting arrest or officer, possession of drug paraphernalia and violation of protective orders.
Richter also held two warrants for failure to appear on charges of domestic abuse battery-(strangulation), criminal trespassing and resisting an officer. Bail was set at $38,000.
--Jeanette Ashlea Rassat, 40, Morgan City, was arrested at 7:58 a.m. Thursday on a warrant alleging theft. Bail was set at $2,000.
--Kendrik Trevon Edmond, 33, Charenton, was arrested at 3:17 a.m. Thursday on a charge of criminal damage to property. Bail was set at $2,000.
--Christopher Allen Oubre II, 29, Morgan City, was arrested at 7:58 a.m. Thursday on a warrant alleging possession of methamphetamine; possession of drug paraphernalia; operating a vehicle while license is suspended, revoked, or canceled; and
improper lane usage.
Bail was set at $6,000.
--Kendrick Juan Madison, 48, Franklin, was arrested at 11:23 a.m. Thursday on a warrant alleging failure to appear on a charge of criminal neglect of family. Bail has not been set at this time.
--Javanni James Richard, 29, Thibodaux, was arrested at 12:39 p.m. Thursday on a warrant alleging speeding, possession of drug paraphernalia, stop signs and yield signs, possession of marijuana, possession of a firearm in the presence of a
controlled dangerous substance; and illegal use of a controlled dangerous substance in the presence of persons under 17.
Bail was set at $20,000.
Franklin
Chief Cedric Handy reported these arrests:
--Christian Druilhet, 26, Henshaw Drive, New Iberia, was arrested at 10 a.m. Friday on a warrant dated June 10 alleging violation of protective orders (third offense). Druilhet was booked, processed and held on a $20,000 bond.
--Carl Joseph Jr., 31, Curtis Drive, Franklin, was arrested at 9:58 a.m. Saturday on a charge of simple battery (person with infirmities). Joseph was booked, processed and held on a $3,000 bond.
--Joseph Thibodeaux, 27, West Ibert Street, Franklin, was arrested at 11:39 a.m. Saturday on warrants for 6th Ward Morgan City Court alleging failure to appear on charges of resisting an officer, falsification of drug test and possession of marijuana.
Thibodeaux was additionally arrested on charges of general speed law, operating a vehicle while license is suspended, reckless operation of a vehicle, hit and run driving, stop signs and aggravated flight from an officer. Thibodeaux was booked, processed and held on a $30,000 bond.
Chitimacha
Chief B.C. Trahan reported this arrest:
--Benedicto J Paulino II, 21, Natchez Way, Charenton, was arrested June 8 on a charge of theft (less than $500). He was released on a summons.
