Local police agencies report five drug arrests

Local police agencies reported five drug-related arrests over the last week, including two alleging distribution quantities
Morgan City
Chief Chad M. Adams reported these arrests:
--Evan Pittman, 21, Foxtail Court, League City, Texas, was arrested at 1:41 a.m. Saturday on charges of possession of cocaine, possession of MDMA, possession of Xanax and resisting an officer, and as a fugitive from the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Department.
--Shanna Orgeron, 33, Lagonda Street, Morgan City, was arrested at 12:01 p.m. Saturday on a charge of possession of marijuana (first offense). (Released on summons.)
--Alexis Menendez-Davilia, 37, Brashear Avenue, Morgan City, was arrested at 12:32 p.m. Friday on charges of possession of drug paraphernalia, in insurance and no taillights.
--Timothy Morden, 36, Barrow Street, Morgan City, was arrested at 6:20 p.m. Friday on a charge of aggravated assault.
--Jeremiah Welborn, 41, Greenwell Springs Road, Baton Rouge, was arrested at 6:20 p.m. Friday on a charge of stalking.
--Lucille Rodriguez, 45, Franklin Street, Morgan City, was arrested at 10:43 p.m. Saturday on a charge of failure to appear to pay fine (6th Ward Morgan City Court).
--Alyssa Ashmore, 35, Federal Avenue, Morgan City, was arrested at 11:29 a.m. Saturday on seven counts of failure to appear for trial (6th Ward Morgan City Court).
--Tremain Vincent, 19, Calhoun Street, Amelia, was arrested at 12:02 a.m. Sunday on a charge of failure to appear for trial (6th Ward Morgan City Court).
--Jamie Scarbrough, 59, Fourth Street, Morgan City, was arrested at 12:31 a.m. Sunday on a charge of disturbing the peace.
--Seth Fryou, 32, Bayou Black Drive, Gibson, was arrested at 7:25 p.m. Sunday on charges of failure to appear to pay fine and two counts of failure to appear for trial (6th Ward Morgan City Court).
--Georgianna Sweetser, 57, Ditch Avenue, Morgan City, was arrested at 9:55 a.m. Monday on charges of disturbing the peace, resisting an officer and aggravated assault.
--Samuel Gary, 34, Chester Bowles Street, Morgan City, was arrested at 4:17 p.m. Monday on a charge of simple battery.
St. Mary
Sheriff Gary Driskell reported these arrests:
--Kaya Compton, 20, Morgan City, was arrested at 7:17 p.m. Sunday on charges of improper lane usage, expired license plate, possession of marijuana, possession of cocaine and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Compton was released on a $4,500 bond.
--Elmer Daniel Virgil-Reyes, 30, Amelia, was arrested at 11:58 p.m. Sunday on two warrants alleging failure to appear on charges of disturbing the peace (intoxication), resisting an officer by giving false information, operating a vehicle without inspection sticker and operating a vehicle without a driver’ license.
Reyes was released on a $1,885 bond.
--Joanie Sanders Smith, 44, Franklin, was arrested at 12:57 a.m. Sunday on a charge of driving while intoxicated. Bail was set at $2,500.
--Ruperto Enrique Camaja Ordonez, 34, Morgan City, was arrested at 2:40 a.m. Sunday on charges of domestic abuse battery and disturbing the peace (intoxicated). Bail was set at $6,500.
Patterson
Chief Garrett Grogan reported this arrest:
--Kavon K. Miller, 25, Helena Drive, Houma, was arrested at 1:13 a.m. Wednesday on charges of possession with intent to distribute Schedule II drugs, speeding 70 mph in a 55 mph zone, improper lane usage and no driver’s license.
Miller is incarcerated at the Patterson PD Jail with no bond set.
Franklin
Chief Cedric Handy reported these arrests:
--Christopher Hines, 18, Abbirene Street, Franklin, was arrested at 6 p.m. Friday on charges of contributing to the delinquency of juveniles, attempted second-degree murder, illegal use of weapons or dangerous instrumentalities, and disturbing the peace. Hines was booked, processed and held on a $255,000.00 bond.
Hines was arrested in connection with a shots fired report about 3:57 p.m. Friday in the area of Iberia and Weber streets.
--Carlin Stelly, 47, Cayce Stret, Franklin, was arrested at 1:28 a.m. Monday on a warrant for 16th Judicial District Court alleging failure to appear on a charge of criminal neglect of family, and on a warrant for the St. Mary Parish Sheriff’s Office alleging battery of a dating partner. Stelly was additionally arrested on the charges of possession methamphetamine and possession of drug paraphernalia.
--Shawn Jenkins, 48, Morris Street, Franklin, was arrested at 6:46 p.m. Saturday on a warrant for 16th Judicial District Court alleging failure to appear on charges of possession of a Schedule II controlled dangerous substance, remaining where forbidden and possession of marijuana. Jenkins was additionally arrested on the charge of resisting an officer. Jenkins was booked, processed and transported to the St. Mary Parish Law Enforcement Center.
--Vivian Jack, 35, Lincoln Street, Baldwin, was arrested at 12:10 p.m. Sunday on a warrant dated April 13 alleging simple battery and disturbing the peace (fighting). Jack was booked, processed and released on an $836 bond.
--David Loustalot, 40, Mechanic Street, Franklin, was arrested at 7:22 p.m. Sunday on a warrant dated May 8 alleging residential contractor fraud. Loustalot was booked, processed and released on a $10,000 bond.
--Harold Lovely Jr., 38, Guidroz Street, Franklin, was arrested at 9:27 p.m. Sunday on a warrant dated March 11 alleging simple battery. Lovely was booked, processed and released on a $2,500 bond.
Stelly was booked, processed and transported to the St. Mary Parish Law Enforcement Center.
--Alvontre Griffin, 24, Robertson Street, Franklin, was arrested at 12:28 a.m. Tuesday on a warrant dated April 21 alleging battery of a dating partner. Griffin was booked, processed and held on a $7,500 bond. While incarcerated at the Franklin Police Department, Griffin was arrested at 2:55 a.m. Wednesday on a warrant alleging probation violation. Griffin was booked, processed and held with no bond set at the time of press release.
