Drug arrests reported in Morgan City; in Franklin, three juveniles face attempted murder charges

Morgan City police reported four arrests on drug-related charges over the weekend, and Franklin police arrested three juveniles on attempted murder charges.
Morgan City
Chief Chad M. Adams reported that the Morgan City Police Department responded to 121 calls for service over the last 72-hour reporting period and made these arrests:
--Tyrin Terel Watts, 30, Apple Street, Morgan City, was arrested at 6:43 a.m. Friday on charges of possession with intent to distribute marijuana, violation of a drug-free zone and illegal use of a controlled dangerous substance in the presence of juveniles.
--Shawn Michael Thompson, 47, Rose Park Lane, Bayou L’Ourse, was arrested at 8:55 p.m. Saturday on charges of possession of methamphetamine, possession of drug paraphernalia and improper turning.
--Christopher Allen Oubre Jr., 29, River Road, Berwick, arrested was arrested at 11:17 p.m. Saturday on charges of possession of methamphetamine, possession of drug paraphernalia, driving under suspension and improper lane usage.
--Deonte Harris, 27, Lake Palourde Road, Amelia, was arrested at 4:28 p.m. Sunday on charges of possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. (Released on summons.)
--Erica Denise Boudreaux, 37, River Road, Berwick, was arrested at 9:50 a.m. Friday on charges of disturbing the peace, criminal damage to property and criminal trespassing.
--Brett Sanders, 34, Lagonda Road, Morgan City, was arrested at 11:30 p.m. Friday on charges of disturbing the peace (intoxicated) and remaining after being forbidden.
--Aaron Jeffry Folse Jr., 27, Aristile Road, Bayou L’Ourse, was arrested at 7:06 p.m. Saturday as a fugitive from the Lafourche Parish Sheriff’s Office.
--Brian Jennings Ott, 45, Mount Street, Morgan City, was arrested at 1:34 a.m. Sunday on a charge of remaining after forbidden.
--Tory Duywan Birdsong, 25, Jolie Oaks Boulevard, Thibodaux, was arrested at 6:02 p.m. Sunday on two counts of criminal damage to property and reckless operation of a motor vehicle.
--Myles Anthony Morgan, 37, Bush Street, Morgan City, was arrested at 8:47 p.m. Sunday on a charge of remaining after being forbidden.
Franklin
Chief Cedric Handy reported that the Franklin Police Department responded to 77 calls for service over the weekend and made these arrests:
--Juvenile was arrested at 10 a.m. Saturday on charges of attempted second-degree murder, illegal possession of a handgun by a juvenile and firearm-free zone.

--Judson Tabor, 49, La. 307, Thibodaux, was arrested at 1:25 p.m. Saturday on a charge of theft. Tabor was booked, processed and held on a $1,500 bond.
