
Deputies report arrest on aggrvated assault charges

Local agencies reported arrests this week on charges of aggravated assault and nonconsensual disclosure of an image.
St. Mary
Sheriff Gary Driskell reported these arrests:
--Dennis Elmer Carter, 79, Jeanerette, was arrested at 4:33 p.m. on a charge of aggravated assault with a firearm. Bail has not been set at this time.
--Michael Federer Jr., 36, Berwick, was arrested at 6 p.m. Tuesday on charges of violation of protective orders and theft. Bail has not been set at this time.
Morgan City
Chief Chad M. Adams reported these arrests:
--Eduardo Flores, 29, Willard Street, Morgan City, was arrested at 5:32 p.m. Tuesday on charge of nonconsensual disclosure of a private image, possession of drug paraphernalia and introduction of contraband into a jail.
--Ashley Gross, 43, Terrebonne Street, Morgan City, was arrested at 2:37 p.m. Tuesday on charges of possession of marijuana (under 14 grams) and possession of drug paraphernalia. (Released on summons.)
--Jacob Montgomery, 50, Terrebonne Street, Morgan City, was arrested at 2:37 p.m. Tuesday on a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia. (Released on summons.)
--Joshua Waldon, 35, Tranquility Lane, Pearland, Texas, was arrested at 11:10 p.m. Tuesday on charges of possession of marijuana, improper lane usage and obstruction of justice. (Released on summons.)
Franklin
Chief Cedric Handy reported this arrest:
--Gary Naquin, 52, Country Lane, Franklin, was arrested at 10:54 p.m. Tuesday on charges of driving while intoxicated, reckless operation with accident, three counts of resisting an officer, disturbing the peace (language) and misrepresentation during booking. Naquin was booked, processed and held on a $12,000 bond.
