Cocaine, meth, marijuana arrests reported locally

St. Mary law enforcement agencies reported arrests this week on marijuana, cocaine and methamphetamine charges.

Morgan City

Chief Chad M. Adams reported these arrests:

--Brice Kemp, 39, Joseph Street, Amelia, was arrested at 2:54 p.m. Tuesday on a probation violation (6th Ward Morgan City Court).

--Brandon Boudreaux, 39, Susan Drive, Morgan City, was arrested at 4:55 p.m. Tuesday on charges of possession with intent to distribute methamphetamine, possession of marijuana (first offense) and possession of drug paraphernalia, and as a fugitive from the St. Mary Parish Sheriff’s Office.

--Jamie Driskill, 35, Rose Street, Berwick, was arrested at 11:04 p.m. Tuesday as a fugitive from the St. Mary Parish Sheriff’s Office.

--Dusty Alfred, 42, Maple Street, Morgan City, was arrested at 3:06 a.m. Wednesday on charges of possession of cocaine, possession of drug paraphernalia and disturbing the peace (intoxicated).

--Fred Bede, 62, Grove Street, Morgan City, was arrested on at 3:07 a.m. Wednesday on charges of of possession of cocaine, possession of drug paraphernalia and disturbing the peace (intoxicated).

--Jermiah Luke, 45, La. 182, Morgan City, was arrested at 7:44 p.m. Monday on charges of light required, resisting an officer, disturbing the peace and failure to appear for trial (6th Ward Morgan City Court).

--Roberto Rotolo, 49, Chestnut Street, Morgan City, was arrested at 8:26 p.m. Monday on charges of possession of marijuana (first offense) and improper lane usage.

--Amanda Crouch, 45, La. 182, Morgan City, was arrested 9:43 p.m. Monday on charges of possession of methamphetamine, possession of a legend drug and proper lights required.

--Jeremy Frederick, 22 years, IJ Joiner Street, Abbeville, was arrested 11:02 p.m. Monday as a fugitive from the St. Mary Sheriff’s Office.

--Kaleb Livings, 21, Kibble Street, Abbeville, was arrested at 11:38 p.m. Monday on a charge of possession of marijuana (first offense).

--Tiffany Guidry, 37, Duval Street, Morgan City, was arrested at 2:16 a.m. Tuesday on a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia.

St. Mary

Sheriff Gary Driskell reported these arrests:

--Georgia M. Sylvester, 42, Berwick, was arrested was arrested at 6:19 a.m. Monday on charges of turning movements and required signals, driving on the right side of the road/exceptions, and proper equipment required on vehicles. Bail has not been set at this time.

--Robbie L. Johnson, 56, New Iberia, was arrested at 12:09 a.m. Tuesday on a warrant for failure to appear. Bail was set at $478.

--Logan Francois, 29, Bayou Vista, was arrested by the Narcotics Section at 2:27 p.m. Monday on charges of possession of methamphetamine and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Bail was set at $5,000.

--Natron Pilote, 30, Bayou Vista, was arrested by the Narcotics Section at 2:27 p.m. Monday on charges of possession of methamphetamine and resisting an officer.

Bail has not been set at this time.

--Paul Charles, 34, Patterson, was arrested by the Narcotics Section at 2:27 p.m. Monday on charges of criminal trespass, simple criminal damage to property and resisting an officer. Bail was set at $4,000.

Franklin

Chief Cedric Handy reported this arrest:

--Brittnay Clements, 37, Caffery Street, Franklin, was arrested at 11:33 p.m. Monday on a warrant for the St. Mary Parish Sheriff’s Office alleging simple burglary. Clements was booked, processed and held with no bond set at the time of press release.
