Lange Towing has received its Certificates of Inspection through the U.S. Coast Guard for the new subchapter M that went into effect July 22. The company says it’s the first in Morgan City to receive its certifications. Lange has two vessels, both of which are in compliance with the new rules. Shown front and center is Carrie Lange, the wife of the company’s founder, Wilbert Lange. Also shown from left are Capt.
