Public hearing set on Red Cypress Road rezoning

The Patterson Planning and Zoning Commission has scheduled a Nov. 30 public hearing on a Red Cypress Road rezoning request.
The hearing "to hear any and all public comment" will occur during the commission's regular meeting at 6 p.m. Nov. 30 at City Hall, 1314 Main St., Patterson.
The request by Rudy Sparks/Williams Inc. is to have Parcel #2894381137.00 at 124 Red Cypress Road rezoned from residential to business to erect a 40 x 60 metal building.
