Hospital gives to St. Mary police agencies

St. Mary Parish Hospital Service District No. 2 and Ochsner St. Mary in Morgan City donated tourniquets to the local police departments. A tourniquet is a device used by officers for stopping the flow of blood typically by compressing a limb. The device is placed around a bleeding arm or leg.
