Perry Flying Center is the only fixed-wing and helicopter fixed base operator at the Harry P. Williams Memorial Airport. To be an FBO, a company must provide radio service, weather service, waiting areas for passengers, public restrooms, fuel, and airframe and power plant service to the flying public. The FBO pays a fuel flow fee to the parish on every gallon of AvGas (leaded fuel) and jet fuel sold at the airport.
