Emily Berry named marketing officer at M C Bank

Larry Callais, CEO at M C Bank & Trust Company, announced that employee Emily Berry has been promoted to marketing officer and assistant CRA officer.
Berry is a 1999 graduate of Berwick High School.
She subsequently earned her bachelor’s degree in sociology from Nicolls State University in 2003 and, in the past five years, has completed studies at the Louisiana Bankers Association’s Leadership School, the American Bankers Association Bank Marketing School and the Banking on the Leaders of Tomorrow program.
Also, in 2016, she earned her designation as a Certified Financial Marketing Professional.
She is active in the Morgan City Rotary Club, the Kiwanis Club of East St. Mary and the St. May Outreach board of directors.
“I am pleased to announce Emily’s promotion,” Callais said. “She has been an integral part of our team for the past six years and as a result our customers and the communities of which we are a part have been well-served.”
