Marine Corps League honors law enforcement

Officer of the Year awards were given to all eight law enforcement agencies in St. Mary Parish at the St. Mary Detachment, Marine Corps League Police Appreciation Banquet April 11.
Included was the Coast Guard Boarding Officer of the Year, BM2 Raymond Wert.

Each recipient received an oak plaque. The prime rib meal was prepared by Bill Goessl of The Smoke House.
