Franklin presents "Boo on the Bayou" Oct. 30.

“Boo on the Bayou” will be held Oct. 30 in the City of Franklin.
Trick or treaters’ line will begin on Willow Street and Teche Drive, flow up Willow Street, and wrap around on Main Street along the sidewalk.
Boo participants set up will begin at 4 p.m. - 5:3 0p.m. Barricades will be set up at 5:30 p.m. Teche Drive will be closed to all traffic from 5:30 p.m.-8 p.m. for the safety and security of trick or treaters. If you are utilizing the trunk or back of a vehicle in your designated space that vehicle will not be allowed to move until 8 p.m. when the barricades are moved. Approximately 2,500-3,000 children are expected that that night, so keep the line moving in front of your booth.
Booth #’s will be pre-marked on Saturday afternoon and the mayor’s office staff will be out to assist in finding your location. Participants are:
