(Updated) Police: Burglary suspect caught

Morgan City Police have located a burglary suspect they were searching for, police said.
Raul O. Nevarez, 54, was apprehended at 10 p.m. Wednesday. He was wanted on a warrant charging him with simple burglary. His last known address is in the 200 block of Mallard Street in Morgan City, a news release said.
The Morgan City Police Department Detectives Division is in search of Nevarez on a warrant stemming from an investigation into a burglary complaint in the area of La. 182. Nevarez was identified as a suspect in the burglary, police said.
