Bear caused a transformer to blow in Franklin

St. Mary Parish Sheriff's Office is waiting for Wildlife and Fisheries to come and remove the carcass of a bear that climbed a pole located at 11665 U.S. 90 Frontage Road in Franklin and blew a transformer.
