Thomas busy promoting Shrimp and Petroleum Festival

Louisiana Shrimp and Petroleum Festival Queen Emma Thomas attended the Sugarcane Festival, top photo, on Sept. 23 in New Iberia to promote the local Labor Day weekend festival. She also attended the Cotton Festival Oct. 13 in Ville Platte.
