2022 Louisiana Shrimp & Petroleum Festival Music Lineup
FRIDAY, SEPT. 2
Born Ready Band
5:30- 8:30 p.m
The band plays Southern Rock, Blues, Country and Swamp Pop.
Powerhouse Band
9-11 p.m.
The band consist of Keith (Lizard) and Kenneth Crappell, who play the electric guitar; Kim Crappell, who plays bass guitar; Nick Aizen, on drums; Lyle Blanchard, performs on keys; Aaron “Fury” Triche, trumpet; Adrien “Stewie” Stewart, saxes/flute; and Jeremy Landry, trombone. A variety of music is performed.
SATURDAY, SEPT. 3
Gospel Music in the Park
11:30 a.m.- 2:30 p.m.
Royal Shrimp Rumble
2:30-4 p.m.
Travis Matte & the Kingpins
4:30-6 p.m.
A local Louisiana band performs original favorites along with all beloved “old school” tunes.
Hip Deep
6:30-8:30 p.m.
Based out of Baton Rouge, the band plays blues, rock, pop and country.
MoJEAUX Band
9-11 p.m.
The band plays a repertoire of R&B, Motown, Oldies, Top 40, Rock Hip Hop, Funk and Disco.
SUNDAY, SEPT. 4
Rick Lorenzo
NOON- 1 p.m.
Geno Delafose & The French Rockin’ Boogie
1:30-3:30 p.m.
Eunice native Geno Delafose is a Zydeco accordionist and singer.
Forgetting Last Friday
4-6 p.m.
The band performs a mix of new and old rock songs.
Snapper & The Fishsticks
6:30-8:30 p.m.
The band brings a unique song selection and a blend of instrumentation.
Shorts in December
9-11 p.m.
The group consists of David Camardelle, guitar/lead vocals; Matt Rivere, keyboards/background vocals; John Chighizola, drums/vocals; and Dane Landry, bass guitar. Band offers a house party vibe.
MONDAY, SEPT. 5
Left on Red
NOON-1 p.m.
The local band plays 80’s to today’s rock music.
LowDown
1:30-3 p.m.
The band plays music from the 60’s to today.
Driftwood
3:30-5 p.m.
Band members consist of Larry Barras Sr., drums and vocals; Adam Barras, lead guitar and vocals; Tyler Daigle, guitar; Hope Daigle, vocals; Loretta Dupre, vocals; Joey Dupuis, bass and vocals; and Austin Duval, keys and vocals. A variety of music genres is offered.
South 70
5:30-7:30 p.m.
The band offers Cajun, Swamp Pop and Zydeco music.
