The Krewe of Hannibal Carnival Club celebrated its reigning king, Lester Ray Jupiter, at the annual King's Party on Sunday in La Patiniore in Schriever. The formal affair celebrated the conclusion of the king's year. The krewe will introduce its newest king Feb. 22.
