Court Massabielle donates to Central Catholic schools

Court Massabielle, Catholic Daughters of the Americas, recently made a donation to Central Catholic Elementary and Central Catholic High schools in support of Catholic Schools Week.
Central Catholic Elementary fosters a Christ-centered atmosphere focusing on faith formation, academic excellence and service development in pre-kindergarten through fifth grade.
Central Catholic High offers students in grades 6-12 a college-preparatory curriculum while fulfilling its mission of providing a Christ-centered atmosphere, focusing on faith formation, academic excellence and service development for all students. The school continues to carry forward the tradition of Catholic education begun by its predecessor, Scared Heart Academy that was established in 1893.
Court Massabielle was established in 1929 and recently celebrated 90 years of service to the community, reflecting its motto of Unity and Charity. Membership in Court Massabielle is open to all women of the Catholic faith, 18 years and older. Meetings are held the third Wednesday of each month (except July) at Sacred Heart Cafeteria located at 318 Third St. in Morgan City.
