Wendel and Tammy Clements of Patterson wish to announce the engagement and approaching marriage of their daughter, Katelyn Marie Clements, to Ryan Matthew Miller, son of William and Karla Miller of Patterson. The wedding will take place at 7 p.m. Sept. 18 at Chapel of the Flowers in Las Vegas.
