Louisiana needs to get kids back in school, but only when campuses are prepared to fight the spread of COVID-19, Gov. John Bel Edwards said at a press conference Wednesday.
Sixty-one positive tests for COVID-19 were reported Thursday for St. Mary, St. Martin and Assumption parishes, according to the Louisiana Office of Public Health midday report.
