Police Reports 3-21-17

St. Mary Parish Sheriff Mark Hebert reported the following arrests:
Nikki Mayon, 35, 110 Francis Lane, Patterson, was arrested on Friday at 2:07 p.m. on warrant for theft, warrants for failure to appear on the charges of improper lane usage and no insurance, warrant for failure to appear on the charges of open alcoholic container in vehicles and driver’s license not on person, warrant for failure to appear on the charges of theft by shoplifting. No bail is set.
Timothy Baudoin, 52, Franklin, was additionally charged on Friday at 11:41 p.m. for battery of a correctional facility employee. He remains incarcerated.
Terry Naquin, 39, 185 Ramos St., Houma, was arrested on Saturday at 8:45 p.m. for felony theft of goods and on a warrant for criminal damage to property. The items were valued at over $800 and included a 55-inch flat screen TV and a sound bar. No bail is set.
Daniel Goodwin, 36, 9245 Frontage Road, Franklin, was arrested on Saturday at 10:43 p.m. for violation of the parish fireworks ordinance. Goodwin was released on a summons.
Jabrison Kinchen, 24, 900 Mississippi St., New Iberia, was arrested on Sunday at 9:55 a.m. for domestic abuse battery. No bail is set.
Jake Gaddy, 23, 208 Tunica Drive, Charenton, was arrested on Sunday at 7:11 pm for reckless operation of a vehicle and possession of open alcoholic beverages in motor vehicles. Gaddy was released on a summons.
Michael Bourgeois, 18, 771 Deforest Brown Road #10, Franklin, was arrested on Sunday at 8:58 p.m. for telephone harassment, extortion, possession of Schedule I – marijuana and warrant for failure to appear on the charge of simple battery. No bail is set.
Franklin Police Chief Sabria McGuire reported the following arrests:
Patricia Jones, 58, of B Street, Franklin, was arrested on Monday at 7:44 a.m., for the charge of theft. Jones was released on a $1,500 bond.
Dennis Dardar, 36, of Texas Gulf Road, Bourg, was arrested on Monday at 3:25 p.m., for the charges of operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated and driving under suspension. Dardar was held on a $2,500 bond.
Richmond Golden, 43, of Mae Drive., Franklin, was arrested on Monday, at 8:29 p.m., for the charges of cruelty to juveniles, possession of Schedule I narcotics – marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of a controlled dangerous substance in the presence of persons under 17 years of age. Golden was held on a $35,000 bond.
Theresa Lopez, 31, of Mae Drive, Franklin, was arrested on Monday, at 8:29 p.m., for the charge of cruelty to a juvenile. Lopez was held on a $20,000 bond.
