Police Reports 3-17-17

Franklin Third Ward Marshal David McCoy Jr. reported the following arrests:
Marcus Robertson, 34, 919 Cypremort St., Jeanerette, was arrested on Thursday at 1:06 p.m. for the charge of failure to appear for trial for speeding and no driver’s license. Robertson is held on a $313 bond,
Charles Barrow, 59, 414 Ida St., Franklin, was arrested on Thursday at 2:40 p.m. for failure to appear for arraignment on the original charge of criminal mischief. Barrow is held on a $318 bond.
Dustin Sconiers, 32, 321 Candleglow Drive, New Iberia, was arrested on Thursday at 12:58 p.m. for failure to appear for arraignment for possession of drug paraphernalia. Sconiers is held on a $725 bond.
Franklin Police Chief Sabria McGuire reported the following arrests:
Melvin Sylvester Jr., 38, of Short Street, Morgan City, was arrested on Thursday, at 10:12 a.m., on a warrant for the charge of unauthorized use of a motor vehicle. Sylvester was released on a $2,000 bond.
Gary Jones, 49, of Ibert Street., Franklin, was arrested on Thursday, at 9:39 p.m., on a warrant for dated for the charge of theft. Jones was also arrested on a warrant for Iberia Parish Sheriff’s Office for theft of goods under $500. On February 1, 2017, Jones allegedly took $380 from the victim. No bond is set.
St. Mary Parish Sheriff Mark Hebert reported the following arrests:
Nicholas Hebert, 25, 307 Debaillon St., Lafayette, was arrested on Thursday at 11:11 a.m. on a warrant for failure to appear on the charge of possession of Thursday at 11:20 a.m. for driving with a suspended license and speeding. A deputy conducted a traffic stop and found that the driver, Dean, was operating the vehicle without a license. Dean was released on a summons.
Beau Boudreaux, 38, 311 Willow Wood Drive, Lot #5, New Iberia, was arrested on Thursday at 7:25 p.m. on a warrant for nonconsensual disclosure of a private image and on a warrant for failure to appear on the charge of criminal neglect of family. No bail is set.
Nathan A. Kaufman, 18 761 South Houston St., Aransas Pass, Texas, was arrested on Friday at 5:18 a.m. for two counts contributing to the delinquency of juveniles, stop sign violation, speeding and no driver’s license. No bail is set.
De’antre D. Thomas, 18, 1602 South Church Street, Unit #23, Rock Port, Texas, was arrested on Friday at 5:18 a.m. for contributing to the delinquency of juveniles. No bail is set.
Female juvenile, 15, Corpus Christi, Texas, was arrested on Friday at 5:34 a.m. for runaway juvenile and curfew violation. Deputies contacted the juvenile’s parents and are working to return her to her guardians.
