Police Reports 3-16-17

St. Mary Parish Sheriff Mark Hebert reported the following arrests:
Lee Boudreaux, 42, 255 North Verret St., Amelia, was arrested on Tuesday at 10:23 a.m. on a warrant for failure to appear on the charge of criminal neglect of family. Bail is set at $12,767.
Devante Frank, 24, 720 Aucoin St., Morgan City, was arrested on Tuesday at 2:18 p.m. on a warrant for failure to appear on the charge of distribution of cocaine. No bail is set.
Kevin P. Boutte, 42, 5016 Old Jeanerette Road, New Iberia, was arrested on Tuesday at 3:34 p.m. for speeding and driving a vehicle with a suspended license. Boutte was released on a summons.
Makayla Ruiz, 18, 1712 Rosario St., Patterson, was arrested on Wednesday at 8:27 p.m. for disturbing the peace – fighting. Ruiz was released on a $1,000 bond.
Parme McPherson, 19, 112 Felterman St., Patterson, was arrested on Wednesday at 8:27 a.m. for disturbing the peace – fighting. McPherson was released on a $1,000 bond.
Juvenile female, 15, Patterson, was arrested on Wednesday at 10:39 a.m. for disturbing the peace – fighting. She was released to guardians.
Juvenile female, 16, Patterson, was arrested on Wednesday at 10:39 a.m. for disturbing the peace – fighting. She was released to guardians.
Javien Francis, 19, 777 Oregon St., Morgan City, was arrested on Wednesday at 1:07 p.m. on a warrant for failure to appear on the charge of theft. No bail is set.
Ricky Pillaro, 61, 812 First St., Morgan City, was arrested on Wednesday at 3:37 p.m. on a warrant for failure to appear on the charges of possession of methamphetamine, violation of a controlled dangerous substance law, obstruction of justice and possession of drug paraphernalia. Pillaro was also charged on a warrant for failure to appear on the offenses of theft and criminal trespassing. No bail is set.
Rickey Buteau Jr., 32, 6 Moresei Alley, Jeanerette, was arrested on Wednesday at 4:21 p.m. on a warrant for failure to appear on the charge of remaining where forbidden and on a warrant for failure to appear on the charge of angling without a license. No bail is set.
Jason Vining, 18, 139 Mars Road, Bayou Vista, was arrested on Wednesday at 8:14 p.m. for possession of marijuana and contributing to the delinquency of juveniles. No bail is set.
Dylan Ives, 21, 104 Ann St., Bayou L’Ourse, was arrested on Wednesday at 8:14 p.m. for possession of marijuana with intent to distribute, possession of drug paraphernalia and contributing to the delinquency of juveniles. No bail is set.
Juvenile male, 15, Bayou Vista, was arrested on Wednesday at 8:14 p.m. for possession of marijuana. He was released to a guardian.
Narcotics agents ar-rested Dejon M. Francis, 25, 301 Egle Street, Morgan City, on Tuesday at 3:46 p.m. for possession of Schedule I – marijuana, possession of Schedule II – methamphetamine – with intent to distribute, possession of Schedule II – Vyvanse, possession of Schedule IV – Xanax, possession of a legend drug without prescription, obstruction of justice, failure to signal a lane change, speeding and no driver’s license. No bail is set.
Jerret C. Cortez, 28, 248 Vivian St., Bayou L’Ourse was arrested on Tuesday at 3:46 p.m. for possession of Schedule I – marijuana, possession of Schedule II – methamphetamine, possession of drug paraphernalia and obstruction of justice. No bail is set.
Graceland Gamble, 29, 1513 Gum St., Apt. 15, Franklin was arrested on Tuesday at 9:12 p.m. for possession of Schedule I – synthetic cannabinoids – with intent to distrib-ute, possession of Schedule I – marijuana, possession of drug para-phernalia, possession of Schedule IV – tramadol and possession of Sched-ule I – MDMA. No bail is set.
Chitimacha Police Chief Hal Hutchinson reported the following arrests:
Lacey Derouen, 21, Lee Station Road, New Iberia was arrested on Tuesday for principal to unlawful playing of gaming devices by persons under 21. Derouen released on a summons.
Bailey Venable, 20, Coyote Drive, Scott, was arrested on Tuesday for unlawful playing of gaming devices by persons under 21. Venable was released on a summons.
Guadalupe Gonzalaz, 20, Arberry Street, Houston, Texas, was arrested Wednesday for unlawful playing of gaming devices by persons under 21. He was released on a summons.
