Police Reports 3-14-17

St. Mary Parish Sheriff Mark Hebert reported the following arrest:
Kevin Armelin, 29, 134 Georgetown Road, Franklin, was arrested on Monday at 7:08 p.m. on a warrant for failure to appear on the charges of simple burglary and possession of marijuana, third offense. No bail is set.
Franklin Police Chief Sabria McGuire reported the following arrests:
Timothy Baudoin, 52, of Third Street., Franklin, was arrested on Monday at 3:57 p.m. for the charges of first degree rape and molestation of a juvenile. Baudoin was incarcerated at the St. Mary Parish Law Enforcement Center on a $350,000 bond.
James Anderson, 53, of Franklin, was arrested on Monday at 11:55 p.m. for the charge of criminal trespassing. No bond is set at the time.
Willie Mouton III, 18, of Twenty Arpent Road., New Iberia, was arrested on Tuesday at 12:14 a.m. for the charge of possession of Schedule I – marijuana – first offense. Mouton was held on a $2,000 bond.
Dominick Sheldon, 26, of Samuel Street, Franklin, was arrested on Tuesday at 12:40 a.m. for the charges of obstructing a public passage way and resisting an officer. Sheldon was held on a $2,000 bond.
Chitimacha Police Chief Hal Hutchinson reported the following arrests:
Reid Simoneaux, 21, Cherokee Street, Charenton, was arrested on Tuesday for unlawful possession of drugs – marijuana and contributing to the delinquency of a minor and was released on a summons.
A 16-year-old juvenile from Jeanerette was arrested for possession of marijuana and was released on a summons to the mother.
