The Morgan City Mayor and Council recognized four area Boy Scouts, who have achieved the rank of Eagle Scout, with the city’s Positive Image Award. In addition to a certificate from the city, the scouts received a letter from U.S. Sen. John Kennedy, R-Louisiana.
