Franklin Police search for shooter

On May 25, 2021, at approximately 6:17 PM, the Franklin Police Department received multiple calls of shots fired in the area of West Third Street and Iberia Street. Officers arrived on scene and began investigation efforts. One victim sustained non-life threatening injuries.
During the course of the investigation, probable cause was developed and subsequently felony warrants were issued for J'Trell Connor for the following charges: Attempted Second Degree Murder - 2 Counts, Criminal Damage to Property - 2 Counts, and Illegal Use of a Weapon or Dangerous Instrumentality.
