The Morgan City Junior High School volleyball teams recently participated in games against B.E. Boudreaux Middle School and Franklin Junior High School. On Sept. 5, Morgan City opened the season against B.E. Boudreaux. Morgan City’s sixth-grade team won 41-17, while its seventh-grade team won 2-1 (20-22, 21-10, 15-8). In eighth-grade action, Morgan City won 2-0 (21-7, 21-3). Against Franklin on Sept. 9, Morgan City won all three games.
