DEAR ABBY: Twenty years ago, I reconnected with a childhood friend. When we were in high school together, she used to love telling stories, not all of them true.
DEAR ABBY: I’m watching the slow-motion destruction of a childhood friend on Facebook. There is substance abuse, infidelity, divorce, the whole lot. It hurts.
DEAR ABBY: Six months ago, I got back in touch with a childhood friend who married at 17 and moved away.
