The finishing touches of construction are being done to Patterson Junior High School this week and will be open on the first day of school on August 8. The new 80,000 square foot building features a new cafeteria, kitchen, library, 45 classrooms, computer labs, gymnasium, and band room. The new building will replace the old school building which is over 75 years old. The gymnasium will be completed in 2-3 weeks after school starts.
